For the eighth year, I did early planting of one geranium in each of six rectangular planters. I had planned when picking them up to buy some annuals to put on each side of the geraniums, but when I pick them up someone there had planted greenery on either side of my geraniums, not knowing I was going to do plantings myself I posted pictures on Facebook of my boxes when I got home and wrote that in a month, they would be beautiful. However, the geraniums never grew more than an inch and I kept sending pictures to Countryside asking what was wrong ‘.
