We were on route 66 trip, stopped at this place and what a terrible experience!¡!!!! The owners, an old lady and older man came outside, their manners very hostile,said in a very threatened way that we had to pay 2 dollars just for being on their property and to pay them right away;,his own words were: " ok, I'm tired of people stopping here and not paying me". The guy didn't give us no time at all, he got on his phone and started videoing us, it was unbelievable, we felt VERY threatened and in a split second we were out of there This place should NOT be allowed to be on route 66 attractions or anywhere else!!!!! Read moreTerrible experience. Stopped and parked in the area marked “customer parking”.. Sign at tee pee said open, door was locked. We took a quick photo and got back in our car. Angry guy “greeted” us (more like confronted us).
He said he was open but it would cost $2 each to come in, but that he would take that off a purchase. We said thanks but no thanks. He started yelling at us, asked who we think pays for the gravel we were parked on (it said customer parking!). We felt very threatened, rolled up our windows and started driving off. He ran after us screaming, flipped us the bird.

She said it was two dollars entry fee for the gift shop. But at this point she became very aggressive and started yelling. So much anger in her eyes, we got in our car.
