Delivered LTL here on 02/26/24. You cannot arrive more than two hours early or you will be turned away. You can not park on nearby streets, there are several no parking signs, and reports of the County Police ticketing. You cannot park here overnight, even after they are finished unloading.
Positive things — The guard shack is efficient. They will check you in and take your number and issue you a gate badge that you will need. You stage in the far area of the parking lot until they call your cellphone. My appointment was 2345. I first arrived at 2000, and had to wait until 2145. Cleared the gate at 2145, called for the door at midnight. I had only two pallets for them. They had them unloaded and counted by 0200. Lumper was $142, pay via credit card / fuel card.
When you take your paperwork in, and went you pick it up, you will need the badge the guard gave you and a reflective vest. If you are not wearing PPE (vest) they will not wait on you. If you leave the badge in the truck, you’ll get to walk back for it.
There are bathrooms and they are clean. There are vending machines. The staff was friendly, and the entire facility was clean.
Four stars because no overnight parking, or even staging parking if you are early, causing logbook issues for ELD guys. There are nearby truck stops and rest areas. Check...

(DO NOT Open the Trailer Doors).
Enter the “Driver Entrance” around the corner from dock door #64, & bring the AWG Visitors Pass Card to open the Receiving Door 🚪 Capstone Logistics is the Lumper Service, which was somewhat costly💲💲 Capstone unloaded, & did a fairly decent job of unloading, & breaking down the pallets.
Here’s the problem: Adult Supervision? I don’t believe there is any!😡 I didn’t receive the Lumper Fee Receipt 🧾 & my BOL until 08:00am, the following day! It took this AWG Receiver +10 hours to tag, label 🏷️ & count this load!!!😱
In more than two decades as an OTR Driver, AWG/St. Cloud, Minnesota is a disaster 😳😤
BTW: Allied Security Services/Guards are highly professional, super great people😁
