In 2010, Dave and Valley Custom Homes built our custom home. Valley Custom Homes built us a beautiful and quality home that still looks great today. This was our first time going through the building process and we had lots of questions and concerns. Dave guided us through the entire process and alleviated all of our concerns and answered every question (and he received numerous questions from us). Dave and Valley Custom Homes did an excellent job of turning our dream into a home that we can be proud of. The quality of work and products used in building our house were outstanding. From my standpoint, what makes Dave and Valley Custom Homes standout is the customer service that has been provided to us after our house was completed. To this day, 7 years later, I still contact Dave regarding questions about the house if they arise. Whether it’s who can I contact to add a sump pump, a new outlet, getting the exact stain for a door after our dog scratched it, to what shingles do we have on the house, Dave is never more than a text message or phone call away. Recently, I sent him a text message and he called me within 5 minutes. Who does that after building our house 7 years earlier? Best word to sum up how it was working with Dave, AMAZING!! From the very start, Dave was very professional, easy to work with, and delivered a best-in-class build. We had a very unique build that was definitely different than what Dave and is crew would typically construct. But they absolutely nailed it. Everything from the layout, features, finishings, etc... Dave and crew were exceptionally knowledgable, talented and helpful. Having heard so many horror stories about working with builders, not only was the quality exceptional, they couldn't have been more friendly and fair. Additionally, we did a lot of research on other builders when in the planning and budgeting phases. Dave was hands down, the most competitive.

What says it all is the amount of compliments we have received from family and friends now that it is completed. It is truly overwhelming.
