We drove 8 hours to buy merchandise for our retail shop in Iowa. Montana or Arizona would have been a good options as well. Front desk staff informed us that they changed their policies and now requires an appointment. They decide to let us shop anyways with a 30 minute time limit. Once in warehouse, two employees let us know of the appointment requirements, one after another. We get followed around and watched by the fella that usually assist us during our previous visits. After 15 minutes of shopping the owner approaches us and let's us know that we did in fact get his e mail and we need an appointment to shop. I apologized because I must have missed the e mail. Running a small business pulls me in a lot of directions. He keeps arguing with me about how I did in fact read it, so I asked him if we are welcome or not because it certainly doesn't feel that way after all the harassment. He said we are so I asked why he doesn't just allow us to shop. Then he wants to argue about the e mail dome more. I said I can easily shop elsewhere and he said, "So do it, I don't care!"

We were on track to spend 20k+ this year alone but we will never be back.

Pic of owner telling us he doesn't want me shopping...

The best selection of Pow-Wow and Rendezvous Regalia and at the best prices you will find in most of all America. I travel often thru Arizona, New Mexico, Texas, Florida, Montana, Colorado, Wyoming, etc. and can assure anyone that you will not find a better, more versatile store across America. . . . beads, leather, crafting supplies, and beautiful native American jewelry! Great selection, fantastic value & prices. When I leave this store with all the merchandise I can afford to buy, I always feel happy for the bargains I received. Their prices are lower than Gallup, Albuquerque, Tucson, El Paso, Denver typical gift/supply wholesale stores.
