DRC Call CO. — Local services in St. Hilaire

Be sure you order with time to spare—just in case. Shipping of product parts always bring their own issues, but maybe the website could have some kind of note at the top when they are awaiting parts for certain calls. I ordered a call with about 2 weeks before my anniversary and hunt, but tracking shows that it won’t be here until two days after my anniversary and four days after the scheduled hunt. This is even with the kindness of the company trying to expedite the shipping at no extra cost. It’s just a bummer when I thought I ordered the perfect anniversary gift, but it seems I won’t be giving anything when he gets back from the hunt. I’m still hoping he loves it so I can come back with a five star rating on the actual product. Customer service is great. I was sent a video when they did receive the parts and were able to get it shipped. But if I would’ve known how long it could take, it would’ve been a Christmas gift, and I would’ve gotten something else for...

Ordered the "Life Sentence" call (haven't even gotten the call in yet). I got a text last night stating they were out of the colors I wanted and they sent a picture of all the Top/Bottom colors the had available and asked which setup I wanted. I was blown away. They didn't send me a list of colors name and make me got back to their website to play around with all the colors to see what I liked and didn't . They took a picture so I could see it all first had, I texted them back what setup I wanted and they said they were putting it together and in the box to ship.

I say all that to say, I'm sold on the customer service alone. If the call is as good as their customer service is you have a customer for life truly above and beyond. Excellent work. P.S. Will comment again once the...

Cory and everyone else at DRC is top-notch. Best goose calls on the market, plus some of the best customer service around. Nothing better than to call a company and talk directly to the owner. I also received a text from who I'm guessing is his wife to inform me that my call was on the way and to apologize for the delay due to the weather.
