The place is an absolute joke! Bought tires there a few months ago, tires only had a couple thousand miles on them and one of them busted a belt and got a bunch of knots in it. That being said, called ewheel and at first they said they didn’t warranty tires. Then I get on the page and the brand of tires I had purchased has a 60,000 mile wear warranty. I screenshot the website where it states their warranty and sent it to ewheels manager. I am then told that they have to contact their distributor about the warranty. That took them three weeks just to give me an answer on if they would warranty the tire or not. Once they said they would warranty the tire, it took a week for them to get the tire there. They finally get the tire and tell me to bring the car up there. I get the car up there they take the bad tire off. The worker that was working on my car said it was obvious that it was just a bad tire because the other three still looked brand new. So now he has the tire off the vehicle & proceeds to tell me that before he can put the new tire on I have to pay FULL price for the “replacement” tire. He says this is because the tire has to be sent to the manufacturer, they look at it, and prorate the price of the tire based on their inspection. I was never told I would have to pay full price for the replacement. I pay the full price because the car can’t be driven with a bad tire & it’s already been un drivable for over a month & am told I’ll know how much is going to be refunded on the original tire. It’s now been another month & I am unable to get any type of answer about anything.    Read moreWorst company I've ever dealt with. After ordering a set of RBP tires from them. (37x13.5) I was told after a month of them stalling that they were in and I could come get them installed. Drove 2 hours to Cincinnati, only to be stalled there for about five hours then told I couldnt get them done that day. When I tried to set up another appointment I was told that the tires had been accidentally taken to Wisconsin and that they were waiting on the driver to get back in town. So four days go by, I ask again if my tires had come in. I get the response, no the driver is on a 36 hour reset. (The driver has been in Indiana for 4 days) finally after almost two months they tell me that they still haven't come in and they would give me a loaner set of 35x12.5 amps to run on my truck till the rbs came in. Now we are three months in, they still have not gotten the rbps I ordered in but have a set of comforcers in the size I originally ordered. I agreed to take this set and get paid back the difference in price. Now they have threatened to resell the tires I paid for if I don't return the loaner set by Monday. I work full time as well as own a business. It is hard for me to drop everything at just any request. I have been more than patient with them despite having to run a set of tires that I had to stretch onto my rims and ended up curbing because of the incorrect tire size. Hopefully come Monday this all gets taken care of.

   Read moreI have had a horrible experience with this company. The customer service was horrible they don't answer phone calls, emails or texts and then very rarely respond. I did get my rims and tires but they weren't delivered on time or to my house like I was told. I had to go to a distributor 45 minutes from my house and pick up the pallet with my truck. As I was unwrapping my rims and tires which were packaged very nicely I noticed that on 3 of the 4 wheels the wheel weights had fallen off. I contacted the company and was told they would reimburse me if I went to a local shop to get them redone which I did but that was 6 months ago and I still haven't received the refund. On top of that when getting the rebalance done I was informed one of my tires was out of round. I mounted them on my truck and sure enough my truck hopped from the bad tire. I contacted EWheelDeal about this 6 months ago and have been trying to contact them weekly in multiple different ways ever since I found out and still have received no response. I even got to the point a few weeks ago where I contacted the tire company to see what they could do and they have been calling and emailing every day with absolutely no response.
