I live on the east coast and buy their flour at my local Good Lion. I do most of the cooking for my wife and myself. What a great flour. It's as soft as talcum powder. Although I have to use more than the recipe call for with buttermilk for the biscuits, they come out perfect. Buttermilk varies from one region to another so that figures. Every recipe I've tried on the site turns out well. I can't say that about King Auther's site. I've never had luck there. I pass this on to all our friends. Keep making these...
