RedMax dealer that doesn't order the mower you want, also doesn't call you back as promised....

I went to check the RedMax deal they had posted online. When I got there very limited supply/choices... Normally that's ok with a small outfit but when I Inquired about getting a RedMax Stand-On mower I got what appeared to be a husband and wife team give me two different answers. Initially the guy told me they don't service them so that why they didn't sell them. Then he got called away and the wife tried to help, Initially she was great, offered a brochure with deals and models to choose from. Long story short they tried to get another dealer to supply the model we was looking for but they treated her like a redhead step child. You would think they would all play nice And work together. They finally got their Rep for RedMax on phone and I even talked to him he was going to get one and follow up .. well guess what weeks later nothing..

I hate even leaving this review cause as a business owner I understand what feels like. But as the same time. They dropped the ball. I mean which you talking about spending 10K+ on equipment for your business you want SERVICE...

My boyfriend and I got a package deal on a Redmax mower, leaf blower, and weed eater with fleet pricing. I would recommend Mark and Myra to ANYONE! And will .. to EVERYONE (lol). These people are friendly, down-to-earth, real-life people who want to help you get the best deal possible. They took their time with us on a day they weren’t even supposed to be open, and not only that, but they allowed us to enjoy the antique shop while we were there. I’ve never seen so much neat stuff! I was very excited to listen to what Myra has planned for that place. We will definitely be back! Not every day you get to shake hands with the owner of a place, let alone have them directly sell your mower to ya! Five stars...

WONDERFUL antique and tool shop in St. Joseph! The building is incredibly spacious so even if there are plenty of people in there, it never feels crowded or congested at all. The items are all priced very well and there are deals to be found everywhere.

Plus, just looking around the shop is amazing! Some of the items in there are just as impressive historically as they are in an antique shop, it's almost like being in a museum!

Can't recommend these people enough as they were incredibly kind and excited to see us, and the shop itself is one you can get lost in for quite some...
