Ordered parts through yesterdays tractor. Explained to them where my tractor was located in a flood plain and broke down and how i nees a rush on the 2 tiny parts i ordered. Spoke to them on the phone and was told i am only 2 hours from the warehouse. Asked if i could pick them up due to rain in forecast and how we are located on the creek. Was told i am not able to pick them up. They said they will be here before feiday when the forecasted rain is. Then when got the ups tracking come to find out wasnt til monday after all the rain. Will never recommend this nor will i order from here again. Was also told that there was no way to speed up in any way recieving my parts. Beyond frustrated and disappointed. I had called and was told I would receive a call from the resolutions department. I never got a call back. I had to call a week later and got a lame excuse that they missed it in their system.

Then I had to call back ounce a week for 3 weeks before I got “we can’t return these to the manufacturer, so we can’t have you return it” which is stupid because they sold us the wrong part.
