J-Tech Digital, INC — Local services in Stafford

I received feedback from another church technology administrator about J-Tech in reference to connecting HDMI inputs/outputs together without having to remove cables. Initially, I thought it would be too complicated or expensive, but without question it was well worth the investment.

We are a smaller church that uses a J-Tech 8x8 HDMI matrix to connect the following inputs:

1. Chromebox that is in the front by a deacon
2. Camera (Altar View)
3. Camera (Church View)
4. Windows Machine in a separate room
5. All-Cast (Wireless Stream) 6-8) Extra

Are output devices are:

1. Church TV's (front)
2. Church TV's (middle)
3. Church TV's (back)
4. Classroom TV's (using a splitter)
5. Technology Room
6. Wireless Matrix Output (use it to move a portable TV wheeled system)
7. Aux device for testing
8. Extra

As you can see based on my setup, I am actually using different J-Tech devices (matrix, splitter, and wireless HDMI dongle). In addition to the great products that have been easy to use (include online/mobile app access to the matrix), their support is even better. I have contacted their support over 10 times in the past year to ask about functionality/compatibility, and they are absolutely amazing. They are genuinely interested in supporting us in whatever capacity they can. One of our conversations even lead to improvements that we can make on our streaming, which we were able to implement/execute with their help. I had difficulty using this device to stream digital audio from a Roku device to my stereo receiver. During a long email exchange, Jackson F. from J-Tech helped me to debug the problem. I really appreciated his patience and thoroughness.
