Vehicle: 2001 F250 4x4 7.3L I don't leave a lot of reviews, but this definitely deserves one. I went through two part store steering gears for them to both go out in less than a month of installation. Even then, they never felt like they were right and the steering felt off with a lot of slack. In the process, I replaced all steering components thinking it had to be something else. What are the chances of two boxes going bad so quickly? Apparently way better than I thought. I purchased a BlueTop, got everything back together and IMMEDIATELY noticed a huge improvement. It steers like a brand new truck. On top of that, I was an idiot and forgot to purchase the core return packing slip. I was able to reach out to them and spoke with a real person. She was very nice and took care of it quickly over the phone and emailed it to me. I dropped the core off on Monday, and today, mid day on Thursday, I got my receipt stating that my core has been processed and paid back. This company get 5 stars based off of product and shipping alone, but they deserve a 6th based off of the communication and service. If you steering gear box is bad, definitely...

I have a 2002 Dodge Ram 2500 Cummins that I replaced with a steering box that was supposed to be good. There was a little slop in it right off the bat and I could not get that slop out even by adjusting the sector screw on top. Since I pull heavy trailers, keeping the truck in my lane took a lot of effort. So, I sent my original steering box that had 150k miles on it to Blue Top. I got it back really quick, put it on and what a difference! The steering is basically like factory new again. I had forgotten what it was like to have tight steering again. I just had the truck on a 200 mile trip pulling a 14,000 trailer and it was a breeze to keep in my lane. A+++ rating...

Used them for the first time recently. And I have to say I’m pretty impressed. The steering gear was well remanufactured and looked great when opening. Install is what it is. But the core return was a breeze. Followed instructions and sent it back with the prepaid label I bought. And writhing 5 days had my core back full amount. Had it on for about two weeks now with a new pitman arm. Very pleased with the outcome no more slopp in the steering. Better then red head for sure.ive replaced many steering gears in the past and they either leak right away or just aren’t rebuilt good not the case here. Very happy in giving blue top a try.
