Our family’s land sale could’ve been tricky with so many differing family opinions, but the REST team was fantastic at keeping us all focused and in the loop with weekly updates. The ad campaign was incredibly effective, as they included online and print ads as well as Facebook postings. The advertising brought in a large group of qualified buyers. We especially liked the flexibility of the in-person auction with online bidding. The auction was well executed and ran without a hitch. We hired Craig and Penny Korth with REST Ag & Auction to conduct our store liquidation auction in Nov. 2023. The liquidation included everything from merchandise to store equipment. 2,000 lots were sold in just 10 hours with over 100 items being sold simulcast (live & online) which we felt overall was a good decision as we got much more for most of the simulcast items than if we sold them live only. There were 2 rings running the entire 10-hour auction which was set up in a way to allow buyers to see and bid on both rings at the same time. The owner and myself were extremely pleased with the end result and would highly recommend Craig, Penny and their entire staff to anyone looking to liquidate a retail store.

REST Ag & Auction conducted the auction for my cousins' real estate. This land was where our Parents, Grandparents, and Great-Grandparents lived. I had spent a lot of time on this property while growing up and farming the land. The REST team had created a great video for the sale.
