I personally know that an innocent employee was wrongly accused of an incident, based on admissions to me from the person who actually committed it. This single example reflects a deeper pattern of poor judgment and unfair treatment by management. Staff are frequently mistreated, and residents do not receive the care, respect, or oversight they deserve. The environment is unprofessional, unaccountable, and lacks compassion at every level. The in house staff is wonderful and very friendly but the traveling nurses here do not care at all very uncompassionate, the management here is a joke especially the housekeeping supervisor who has passive aggressive bully attitude and HR which resolves nothing former employee here and I would never send my loved one to this facility and or seek...
