A former employee of the business said I should see if Larry had an Echo saw he would sell me for parts. Larry let me dig through all the parts saws out back with no luck. He would have to order the parts I needed. His parts prices "could" be beaten online but when you factor in shipping I'd have to pay he was right on the money. Ordered on Saturday, called me in Tuesday around noon to pick up. When I ordered I asked to pay. "No. Just pay me when you pick it up". I don't know many places that do not require payment up front for special orders. Factoring in that with the extremely prompt delivery of the order, Larry can't be beat. I don't get the comments about rude staff. I've always received courteous service whether by phone or in person. Larry will get all my saw and mower business...

The technician did the warranty work on my 60 inch Apex and I asked him to check out everything else I get my lawn mower back it's making a loud noise I called them up and asked him to take a look at it he comes over my house with a bad attitude and said that there's something wrong with my deck he said he would get back with me he never did I worked on it for hours to try to get the deck right and found out it was the blades that he supposed to check out he also I called Caleb I told him I was going to give him a bad review and I didn't appreciate I'm lying about looking at the lawn mower he told me he had 42 other lawn mowers...

Well 1st of all let me say this is the only lawn mower shop in our little county for years I have taken my mowers and lawn stuff to them for repair they have always done an excellent job, until recently now they won't service anything unless it was purchased from them or their brand.. Which now leaves us to find someone away from our county . So if someone was to open another shop here I'm sure they would get...
