edit Well this morning I received a call from Agri supply corporate. Apparently they saw my review and somehow got my number to contact me regarding my review. I am normally a very stubborn person and once made mad I will never return. Let me tell you these people really value their customers. I have never had such a 180 turn in customer service. They really turned a sour experience into something great. I am happy to say I picked up my rake today and will continue to shop there for all of my supplies, thank you Rodney and Roger!
I went to buy a 6' landscape rake just a little while ago. I saw on the website the stock was low so I called to check stock before I drove 45 minutes out to the store. The employee on the phone looked up the part and then put me on hold to verify stock. He came back on the phone and told me yes, there was 2 in stock. Perfect. So I made the drive to the store. I got to the cashier and told her what item I needed and she called the back shop to see if they were out. I was then told they wouldn't be assembled until next weekend. She did offer that I can buy it and assemble it myself. if that was the case I would have just bought it online from another vendor that is similar price and shipped free to my house to save a drive. To me this is just unacceptable service as it is quite a bit of time and gas wasted...
