Everything was a 5 star about this business. I'm a truck driver and need my phone for work. So I informed the guy that I needed my phone (Galaxy S8) fixed right then (not just the glass but the whole digitizer assembly). I was under a load and needed to get rolling and couldn't just leave my phone and come back. He didnt hesitate to get me taken care of, in fact in less than a hour I was walking out the store with a perfectly working screen that looked new again. In spite of him still having to service customers coming in and out of the business, it never slowed or stopped his progress in assisting me. Very professional and helpful, with fast service. Also, a big plus was it was enough room for me to pull my semi in the parking lot to get serviced. I highly recommend this business for your damaged phone needs!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! 5/5 Great customer service!! I visited this particular Hello Cellular today on 11/07/2020 @ 11:40 A.M. due to my boyfriends phone not charging correctly. When we would try to charge it the phone didn’t recognize that the cord was plug in. When I arrived to the location I was greeted by a smiling lady. I told her about the IPhone 8 Plus that would not charge correctly anymore. She immediately began cleaning out the charging port with some of their tools. Once all cleaned out she plugged it into the charger over 10 times and the phone recognized the charger every single time!! She saved me $69.99!! Highly recommend!!! A fews ago I cracked my screen and went to Cellauris in the mall. A couple days later & my screen started not working properly. I took it back up to cellauris and they said if it happened again to bring it back and they will replace… it was still having issues so I took it back and they fixed it without a problem. Sunday afternoon I’m on my phone and the screen starts to have lines and glitches in it. Took it up there today and the guy insist I dropped my phone.
