Upon arrival my radio was not playing audio. I payed for them to diagnose the issue and they told me my radio did not work. I payed $640 for this installation for a new radio. Two days later the same issue and error code was displayed on the radio. They fixed it and still claimed the previous radio did not work. Took my car to another shop and the OEM radio that came with my car worked just fine. It was a bad speaker wire to a speaker on my rear deck. Do not go to them if you want your actual issue fixed with your sound system. They provided an expensive bandaid for an issue that they fixed the second time my car came in.
