These are suppose to be ribeyes from a black angus and they do not resemble any ribeyes I have ever purchased. These supposedly black angus ribeyes are though as heck and tasteless. We had a sirloin and is was awful in taste, look and tough as well. My farmer was highly recommended by many people and I feel we were given someone else's OLD dairy cow. 🤮🤮🤮🤮 UPDATE: This meat is suppose to be from my farmers 1-2 year old black angus, supposedly a rump roast 🤬🤬🤬🤮🤮🤮. The roast again looks nothing like a rump roast, is tough, tasteless, full of fat and bone. After cooking this we had less then a cup and a half of meat of which we had to trim the grizzle off leaving us with less then a cup of meat. I swear Hartrich Meat gave us someone's OLD milk cow!!!!! I've always loved Hartrich's meats. They have great stuff. This is the only place I will buy pork burgers. They also have awesome marinated chicken breasts that are so big they look like they came off a dinosaur 🦖 😂. They have many great items In the store.
