It is a very basic rest area. It is smaller than the average rest area, with limited parking (especially for lorries). There are a couple of soda machines, but no snack machines. There is a pay phone, but I have no idea whether or not it actually works. There are several semi-private, covered picnic shelters as well as a few uncovered picnic benches. This rest area does have 24-hr surveillance via security cameras. The grounds are well-lit and clean. Restrooms are handicapped accessible with more than the average amount of space to maneuver...
