Has a great selection of beef and pork cuts. Animals are butchered on premisis and are from local farmers in the tri-county area. Chicken is ordered in from suppliers. Best way to get what you need for holidays, graduations, and family gatherings is to call a week or two in advance for large orders. Small weekly orders can be placed on Mondays for Friday pick up. Lunch meat orders can be placed Thursday for Friday pick up. They provide custom processing of hogs and beef but plan three months ahead to be scheduled. Horrible horrible service!!!! My first 3 phone calls all went terrible. The lady on the phone hung up on me the first time and then the second time was short with me and did not want to answer questions I had and my third call told me they were backed up and to call her in 2 weeks, which is fine I completely understand that they are backed up and can’t take orders but she never even took my name or phone number so how am I going to get on a list to get in line to get a cow when they get caught up? She very rudely told me that they’re not taking orders and won’t put me on a list and call back in 2 weeks, a hundred people could call them between now and then. Ordered 280 lbs half cow, they told me 409 a lbs. To my surprise 157lbs (weighed every piece) they told me it was the bones, If I wanted I could call another butcher and ask both said it was mistake. Talked to a guy named Vince, he basically said to bad. Buyer beware, my meat was OVER 7.30 per pound been going there for years, don't like hustlers,or lieing, they did both in my opinion I hope this helps the people they do this to,because most people don't add it up BE CAREFULL!!
