Don't waste your time withe the US Cellular store in Stigler, Ok..they're useless with attitude ! In June we purchased a phone at a different US Cellular store. Recently it started overheating and going from 100% charge down to 6% in a matter of minutes. Called the warranty provider they told us to take it back where we got it. So we called them. Yeah sure bring it in well make it right. 1 year manufacturers warranty. We thought since we were in Stigler why not just stop in here. Bad idea, the lady outright lied and said we'd have to call Samsung. And that they'd could only help in the 1st 15 days. Wrong US Cellular's policy if for any reason you'd like to return it you have 30 days. So we won't ever use that store. We'll return back to where we got it even though l have to drive an additional 50 mile to get service with courtesy and a smile.

Later the same day update ! I stand corrected US Cellular's no reason reason return has changed to 15 days ! But we did go to the Eufaula location and as I said service with a smile and courtesy. Not only did those ladies help us with the phone we had recently purchased. We ended up upgrading one of our other phones that was showing signs of it's age. I am pleased to add with pleasant...

for 26 years we have had US cellular and traded phones many times over the years. But this time I got a phone that simply doesn't work. My son called me 3 times and finally came down worried . The scren goes black and the buttons you push simply do not work. But trying to get them to either give me another phone she said, you have to pay this one off.
