I took my son’s Nintendo switch to Gadget guys on February 20th because it wouldn’t charge. Only reason I took it there is because he said they keep charging ports in stock and it only takes about a day, we were going out of town and wanted it fixed for the car ride. Took it down there he said he would have it done by Saturday. I never heard from him and I didn’t wanna be annoying about it so a week goes by and I call to check on it he says oh I changed the charging port but it won’t stay on I’m gonna need a little more time with it. Okay no problem, just let me know.

2 more weeks go by I never heard anything so I call no answer and no call back after I left a message. I called again and he said he found out that he had a bad batch of charging ports and multiple switches he was working on he had to order more and switch them all back out and he’d have it in a few more days.

The next day he called me and said there actually is something else wrong with it and it would be an extra 50 dollars for a refurbished one or he could refund me 87 of the 137 that I paid. 🙄 I did not want to give this guy anymore money because I fully believe he just flat out ripped me off. I told him I’d take the refund and he said oh okay, well I was just trying to get you a switch as soon as possible, (it was a whole month after I dropped it off) do you want to recycle your switch since it doesn’t work? 🤯 uhm no! I’ll take it back thanks. He said okay give him a while to put it back together 🙄😭 ugh

Nick once again was able to get one of my phones functioning with the memory again. My tablet as the operating system was 8 and it needed to be 10. There was no solution. If there had been Nick would have resolved it. So I will just have to buy a new one the device is completely out of date for some apps.
