I'm from Colorado, and I'm HIGHLY critical customer. These guys earned their five stars. It's the most unreal thing; you walk in they're hustling around sorting the very fine details of their business out during their down time. It's something I'd notice in my younger years, but kind of faded away the more time I spent in this state. 183 Lanes wasn't just a restaurant or bowling alley, it was a representative of Kansas oak, fortitude, nostalgia, and downright AMERICANISM. I appreciated everything about it. The presented their food well, they were EXTREMELY personable, and I walked out satisfied. I honestly can't wait to rent a few lanes there and make it a consistent activity.
