All in all the place to go they are always friendly their delivery always on time and as soon as we place our orders either they are there within a timely fashion if they don’t have what your looking for they will always take the time and make sure you are able to get what you are looking for. I’d rather get our materials from them than the big box stores that are millionaires and still prices are not much different we live in small towns for a reason...the people. This family owned lumber yard is prime example of southern customer service. We’ve built our entire house from their lumber. And it was there when we needed it so what is your time worth? Are willing to drive for hours stand in line to schedule a delivery that will take their drivers a week and a half to even bring your order and still get it wrong. what lumber you did get was whatever was in the pile. Not hand picked so you get Warped and damage wood from age and forklifts drivers that get paid by the hour. Local owned companies make their living buy building relationships and making sure their customers are always satisfied you can’t beat that with a big box store...

I am ashamed of this business . I know many people who have gone in to Sac Lumber and needed assistance only to get told anything except something helpful . I have been in this business myself and there is no small town warm greeting AT all . They just look at ya like you have 3 heads ! I never suggest this business to anyone . For fear of being treated awkwardly or due to prices SO high it pays to drive farther for better service and more products ! They don't...
