Radius Recycling — Local services in Stonecrest

I had two cars and called by phone and asked how much they will pay per car. I told them that they were both sedans and were about 3,000 pounds each. The guy I spoke to over the phone said they will pay 575 per car. So I had a tow truck bring the two cars over and I brought some other items that I had around the house that were scrap metal. Once I went to go check out, they gave me a check for $383. I explained that the gentleman told me that he would give 575 per car and that the check was incorrect. The cashier said that is 575 per car. She said the 575 is 5.75 cents per pound. There is a big difference between 575 per car and 5.75 cents per pound. That made me very upset because that was completely misleading. It basically cost me about the same amount to tow the cars up there as I'm getting back. If I knew it was only 5.75 five cents per pound, I would not have brought the cars up there. I will never do business with them again because not only were they most likely intentionally misleading and but also the amount of money that they pay is just not worth my time. Worst company ever! And I would not trust the good reviews. They have a sign in the office that asks for good reviews to be made while at the window and if you show the five star review to the cashier, she will enter that person into a raffle for a $100 cash prize for that good review. A lot of the good reviews are probably just made to how to win the $100 and are not legit. One of reviews call on the reviewer the November winner of the raffle. Encore Recycling ♻️ is hands ✋ down the best anywhere around. Their customer service is impeccable, and they treat their customers like they should be treated. The ladies in the front office are very nice and friendly. The guys at the scale ⚖ house 🏠 are very knowledgeable and safety minded about their job and they make sure that you get every dollar 💵 you deserve !! Unlike some of the other scrap yards around that will try to cheat you!!! This place without a doubt will give you the most money for your metals and they treat you like you're supposed to be treated 💯 !! I highly recommend...

Encore is and very Safe and Friendly environment. I recommend you go to the one in Lithonia, they run very efficiently. The front desk, although it's only one person in there, she is quick with her hands and politely break everything down for me. The guys are amazing super cool, never had a spec of bad energy.
