Iām so, so disappointed in Pelham Grayson. I used to LOVE this place. When their physical location was open, I used to go every week they were open. I would spend thousands of dollars each visit and must have spent close to 15k there over the past year and a half. I was so sad when they closed but I felt like it was important to support them by ordering from the website. Sure there are a million crystal suppliers, but especially in these times, I felt it important to support a local small business. What a mistake.
They send me broken items and they also sent me the wrong order on one of my more expensive purchases of smoky quartz. When I tried to contact them, they completely ignored my emails. After the fourth email they finally responded and asked for my order number. I gave them my order number and they never responded again after a few more attempts. So, Iāve given up. I recently ordered some selenite discs, as they can be offered as an add-on to tumbled crystal sets. Not only were they reasonably priced, they were packed amazingly well. Selenite is so fragile, yet so many people throw a layer of bubble wrap on it and call it good. I love the attention to detail this shows.
I also ordered a few palm stones and several pounds of tumbles. Everything was packed well, high quality, and beautiful. Iām now planning another order via Faire, to take advantage of a Faire promotion. I absolutely recommend this supplier, theyāve found a good balance between cost and quality. I ordered several items from them and when I received my order they had sent me two wrong items, I called to inform them of it they said they were aware that they were out of the items I ordered when they went to pack my order and so decided to substitute other items in their place.
