I don’t know how well their work is, but I called and asked about a Apple laptop not knowing they only worked on windows, they person on the phone was very rude, terrible customer service (even tho they couldn’t help me). I feel if you are a person without any tech knowledge, I would not recommend asking any questions about your tech. Unprofessional. Didnt even consider my laptops issue because she suspected i was from out of town and said my problem was "a bunch of hooey" even after i sent her pictures of the hardware damage. I'm new to the area or could have been a traveler, either way a customer is a customer. Its people like her that give small businesses a bad name.

It appears from the other reviews that she's only used to easy malware/viruses/slowing old computers, but when a real hardware problem presents itself she had to dodge. Don't advertise you fix hardware is you can't actually fix physical...

I received excellent service at Crawdac Computer Services. The technician efficiently handled my computer and got it up and working to "out of the box" condition. Every step of the repair process I notified. When I went to pick up my computer, I was giving a brief tutorial on my computer. And the best part is.....I didn't have to take out a personal loan to pay for the repairs. I appreciate their honesty and fair pricing. I highly recommend...
