Dollar General — Local services in Stovall

This store is messy, unorganized, and it's going down hill fast! It's not the employees fault. How can you expect a store to be clean when there's only 2 people working per shift...if that? They also have unreasonable expectations, and management was very passive aggressive. The lady that was the store manager, I am glad she's gone. She was a terrible store manager. Don't even get me started about the low wages, miscommunication, and unrealistic goals. I really hope DG realizes they need to value employees, and labor! This DG is in a great location.I'm 15 miles from town and only 5 miles from this DG.When in need of something on a weekend.Its convenient to just go 5 instead of 15 miles for the few items needed.DG's prices are competitive but some items are a bit pricey.Guess this makes up for not having to drive 15 miles but just 5miles.The employees are courteous and seem to like their work.Do not know if there are paid Holiday's,but only seen store closed on Christmas Day.That's...

The store is always dirty and full of clutter. They are always out of items. The company is too cheap to fix the air conditioner. I have almost fell twice in this store. I can't wait until Family Dollar and Dollar Tree open up a block away so I will not have to shop at this store anymore. The employees are all hard working. This is a corporate issue.
