First time client, not familiar with the area, not from Stow, map quest lead me to across the street. Still charged me for no show. Tried to call…called again…but never no answer. Just a voice message saying “I’m with a client &.can’t answer calls!” Whatever! Which was my appointment 😔 drove around still not able to locate the place, then of course after my appointment was over, I heard from them! and missed my appointment, sucks being me! I was in need of spray ran for special occasion. My appointment at another salon was cancelled. Although BB generally needs 24 hours, they fit me in and did a beautiful job. The salon is so clean and Maddie was so welcoming abd upbeat. She answered my questions, took her time to apply my spray ran and did a beautiful job. My tan lasted over 2 weeks and their accommodation saved my day!! They took time to dry the spray and then used a light powder so i wouldn't be sticky. Their attention to detail and upbeat attitude turned my angst to happiness. I heartily recommend...
