We knew we wanted to work with Jak from the very first time we met with him to design a one of a kind engagement ring. The amount of passion he has for his jewelry and his genuine interest in getting to know us as a couple made us feel right at home and with someone we trust when coming to such a major milestone in life. Jak was incredibly easy to work with and helped us think through every little detail to the ring (he helped us think through details we didn't even know were a thing for jewelry lol). Jak worked with us on a budget and made sure to give us all options available that were in line with the set budget. He made the entire process so much fun and stress-free. Further, Jak was able to complete the ring in the time frame we established and absolutely blew away our expectations. Though he created us a 3D rendering and printing to gain an idea what the ring would look like, we never would've thought the ring would turn out as beautiful as it is. All thanks to Jak, we now have a very special story and memory, and we are more than thrilled that he was a part of it. We consider Jak to be like family and highly recommend going to him for all your jewelry needs! He is guaranteed to exceed all your expectations!

What a PRO!

Had to share an experience I had just before the holidays arrived.

I made an appointment with, Jak, the owner, to have jewelry from my mother assessed and documented. I didn't know what to expect in regards to this meeting. I had previously brought a newly purchased watch in that needed scratches on the case buffed out. In that case, he was a fantastic resource and offered a couple of solutions to get me on my way.

This current visit was a bit more in depth as I wanted to gather information on a topic I have very little knowledge of...ladies jewelry. Jak spent nearly 2-hours organizing, assessing and educating me on what I brought to him that day. He then let me video his work and commentary to share with the rest of my family. His actions that day showed a world of honor and respect to my family...he did this not knowing how long it would take and in the middle of the busiest time of the year for his industry.

Jak and his assistant, Paige are truly professionals of their trade and I won't consider anyone else for our future needs except this team!

Excellent experience working with Jak and his team! I brought in all my fine jewelry and had some repairs done and had him polish them to bring back to looking brand new. He fixed my Michele watch and replaced a diamond that was missing. He took apart my original diamond engagement and wedding band and made a pinky ring. I also had jak help me design a ring out of my original wedding ring and my 20th wedding anniversary ring. He took both rings and designed a master piece. I am absolutely obsessed with the way it turned out. I would recommend him 100%. Super professional and makes you feel extremely comfortable through the whole design process. He is honest and fair person. I trust him 100%. I’m looking forward to working with him in the future. My next project will be taking some estate jewelry and having him create special amazing.
