I had an excellent experience working with both Perry and Andrew over at Mac Nurse. My Mac was experiencing many issues. Perry, who is the Mac Tech Expert, did a wonderful job explaining to me what the myriad issues were with laptop and what my options were moving forward. He was very thorough and clear as to how he could repair my existing computer, which was the more cost effective option. He did not try and and up sell something to me that would cost far more than fixing my current laptop. Ultimately, I did end up purchasing a laptop from Mac Nurse. They did an incredible job seamlessly moving everything from my old computer to the new one and I have yet to experience any problems (almost four months later). Perry did a great job explaining topics that were unfamiliar to me in a clear and concise fashion where at no point did I feel lost in the jargon. Andrew, who is the office manager, always did a great job making sure I didn't have any questions after speaking with Perry. One more than one occiasion I did end up coming up with a few questions after meeting with Perry and Andrew was always able to address questions ton the spot.    Read moreI had a horrible experience with Mac Nurse. After performing diagnostics on my old computer he offered to sell me a refurb model from his stock. When my kid messed it up, Mac nurse outsourced the repairs. Eventually he declared it couldn’t be fixed, offered to sell me another refurb, and sent a bill that included charges I didn’t recognize.
I inquired and disputed it, and was floored that Mac Nurse immediately quit responding to my emails, declined my calls, and kept inflating the bill until it was more than 4x what I originally expected. Eventually he canceled the unpaid invoice and confiscated my hard drive - even though he had promised momths prior to send it back as it was not part of the repairs in the first place.
I lost a huge amount of personally and professionally sensitive data and I have no idea what he did with it. I’m out of state and have no recourse or access to his store. Mac Nurse condescending manner and unprofessional business practices easily make this the worst tech...

The process from start to finish was uncomplicated and communication throughout was great - they resolved my issue completely. I highly recommend them for your Apple product needs.
After a less than encouraging conversation with a rep from another company, who said they'd never heard of my problem, I was feeling hopeless. I then thought there has to be others in Vermont who repair apple products.
