My family has been going to Crabills for decades. My folks, who lived nearby and have now passed, were big fans. They shopped at Crabills almost exclusively for their beef and pork needs. My mother was an excellent cook and this was her secret ingredient. Start with superb ingredients. Recently, I returned to the Shenandoah valley to visit my folks grave. Came in from DC while on vacation and found this awesome butcher. They source their beef locally and get their pork from nearby quality farms. Bought NY strips and a lot of shaved beef sirloin cut. They were polite, kind, and helpful as I was lost on how to order. The butcher explained everything in a friendly manner and was very patient as we ordered. I am going to come back here next time...

Tried Crabill's for the first time. It was excellent. Staff was helpful and polite. Products were amazing. Got the Filet Mignon, Sirloin, In-house Bacon, In-house scrapple and sausage.
