Natural Art Garden Center — Local services in Strasburg

I really wanted to like this place and I even gave them a second chance after having been upset with them when they delivered and planted some trees that were not the actual trees that I had picked out and paid for (instead they brought inferior, smaller trees of the same species). They also didn't show up for about 5 months to come and plant a dogwood tree I had bought as a present for my husband. When we gave them a 2nd chance they didn't show up 3 times for their appointment to come and give us an estimate. Then their landscaping crew showed up one morning and started doing the work for which we had asked about but that we still had not been given an estimate first. They were very expensive and didn't even finish the job. The workers who had shown up for the second day of work suddenly got called away after only working a couple of hours and they never came back to finish the job. It is more the fault of C&S Landscaping - Natural Art Garden's landscaping company at the same address. The actual shop itself is quite nice and they have some very nice plants and trees for sale. This is my go to spot for the best selection of plants. The new owners have really amped up the nursery, adding a creative flow, many more native choices and perennials. Lots of garden plants as well. The customer service is so warm and helpful. I was greeted right away, with the biggest smiles by the sweetest most adorable kids of the owners. They were all so genuine and so smart! I had so much fun chatting with them! Mom was also amazing and helped me greatly...
