There are no words for the amazing evening that Chef Renee curated for us. I put together a surprise dinner party for my husband's birthday, and Chef Renee's dining was above and beyond my wildest expectations. I should have known from the jump when we first got on the phone; as I shared details about my vision for the evening and some of my husband's favorite foods, she already started making suggestions and curating a menu for the occasion. She was fantastic to work with, super responsive, and of course, her food was out of this world. At one point during the dinner, a guest turned to me and said it was quite literally the best meal he has ever had. The finer details are also what made this above and beyond - Chef Renee prepared a carrot cake (my husband's favorite dessert) for his birthday, and put the rest in a tupperware in the fridge to enjoy later, she left our kitchen immaculate, and she was incredibly easy and fun to talk to.

Chef took care of us for 4 days. We had a larger group with varied dietary restriction; clean vegans,vegetarians, pescatsrians and meat eaters. She attentively prepared a feast at every meal. Her food exploded with flavors that literally changed my palate. Food may never be the same again! While cooking, Chef Renee welcomed our inquisitive intrusions with nothing but love. Chef Renee is witty, pleasant, very professional and extremely talented!! If you have a chance to experience her culinary expertise, jump in it. Also, I cant leave her sous chef Ray. I have had the pleasure of dining & experiencing both dinner parties/ events as a guest where Chef Renee prepared and presented beautifully curated food. Her cuisine is on another level with such thought and detail going into the preparation and presentation of the final dishes. The flavors are so unique in that she recreates very familiar foods but provides an extra twist or hits us with her own touch on it. Her team led by Melissa is also a well oiled machine - making sure guest are happy with everything.
