Outstanding work by the service department! I brought my 17 year old 911 Carrera in for a service check and a refresh. I sat down with Service Manager Chris Petro and Technician Brandon to discuss the car. I wanted to bring the car to a like new condition with a suspension refresh and upgrade, new clutch and flywheel, water pump, et cetera. We spent about 30 minutes talking about several areas I wanted to address due to wear and age. They both have the expertise to point out common areas of wear and failure. We came up with a plan and I have to say I'm extremely pleased with the results. Obviously, once the transmission is out certain hard to reach items are accessible and the decision to replace other wear items was made with very reasonable cost. Also, two issues that I knew of but couldn't pin point the cause of were repaired by Brandon.

I received progressive updates as work was completed with phone calls from Chris and video from Brandon. I appreciate their passion for the Porsche brand and sports cars in general. I would highly recommend Stratham Porsche for service. Thanks to everyone....

Always a pleasure to visit Porsche of Stratham. Of course, servicing a Porsche is always a costly experience but Patrick at the Stratham dealership is a consummate professional and I always receive the great customer service and respect I’ve come to now expect. Anyone with a higher end vehicle such as a Porsche should expect and deserve this kind of customer service. Great people, friendly faces, and knowledgeable technicians. The video they send of services needed gives me the comfort that I can trust them when they recommend work. It’s nice to go to a dealership where the service rep like Patrick is such a good person and not a wise cracking, insulting smart a** like the one at my previous Porsche dealership. I bought my 2023 Cayenne Platinum from Liam at Porsche Stratham in Sep 2022. It was my best experience with such a great team. Everyone is so friendly and patient answering all my questions. They also have their brand pro Gillian to introduce each function of the car before we left. It was really helpful.

For my service, they called me to schedule the appointment and sent a couple of reminders beforehand and there is also a service status available through the link. They provided me with the complementary commuting car during the service, which is very nice. After the service, they also have a follow up call about my feedback of the service. It was just very smooth and everything went very well.
