More Than Plants — Local services in Strawberry Plains

I love this place...We had went to a few other nurseries to find a japanese maple tree everything was so expensive and honestly not very healthy looking .My husband lived in strawberry plains before we married and had bought trees and plants here so we thought we would give them a shot .When I tell you I will NEVER go anywhere else I mean it .The selection was vast and the trees were so healthy abd beautifully full.you can't beat the price it was incredible. ROBERT was the first to approach us and took.us to the japanese maple trees .He was super helpful and friendly he introduced us to Bob who was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful.I love this place and the large selection of trees ,plants and other landscaping needs .I think we felt more appreciated here than anywhere we have shopped in a long while.We paid the 75.00 delivery to our home and Justin Delivered our tree and even helped my husband plant it....he was awesome. They arent far from.the straw plains exit it's worth the short drive...you wont be sorry .This was an all around wonderful experience Thank you all for our beautiful perfect 10 year old tree it fits perfectly in our spot. The wife and I looked all over for an affordable tree that would “fit” in front of our modest condominium. Went out to West Knoxville and turns out those trees are coated with 14k Gold . Went back out to east Knoxville to take a look and was very impressed with the quantity and quality of selection. We were greeted by Robert who introduced to the owner Bob . He showed us around and told us the pro’s and con’s of different trees until we found this beautiful 10 year old Japanese Maple Tree that was 1/4 the price of the trees of comparable size at nursery’s we had visited . Make the drive out to East Knoxville and the service and quality will not disappoint .

PS: we paid the 75 bucks for delivery and Justin not only delivered our Japanese Maple with lift gate service but help me drop the maple into the hole i had dug . 10 Stars ⭐️ would...

What a great find. If I lived closer I'd probably be in here 8 or 9 times a year. I visited in early May 2025, and they were stocked to the roof with a wide variety of vegetables, annuals, hanging baskets and potted plants for Mother's Day, and my favorite, colorful perennials both popular and unusual. Very competitively priced (a solid 33% lower than up the road in Morristown) and I fully agree with the many reviews praising the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. We live over an hour and a half away and I already know it will be worth the trip to come back at least twice more this year. If you are a homeowner trying to get a landscape established, or a true gardener looking for a reliable source of great plants (I happen to be both right now) you will...
