We try to treat everyone kindly, they are in their trucks for days, weeks, even months. So if they’re early we put em in a door if we can. We are a brand new facility, we still have wrinkles we are working through but it’s getting there. The person that waited all night for their paperwork fell asleep and we couldn’t get ahold of them! We called 10xs even knocked on their truck with zero response! We have to leave work at some point! A lot of the trucking companies tell the drivers their appointments are at times we aren’t even open and we get the bad reviews because of it. We are getting stronger and stronger by the day! If you had a bad experience I’m sorry, problems happen. Your loads are all tipped over, product damaged, or we have off days when we are short! First time picking up here. Helping out on a dedicated account the company I drive for has here. Was told pu was at 1600 and they were already loading it. Arrived at 1730 and given the most limited info possible. Was told the load wasn't ready and they had no time table. Shipping office said they will start on it when they feel like it. Asked will it be ready today and was only told "It has to be. Guess they'll send a smoke signal when its ready. At least the facility is clean...

When i got there, I parked and waited for it to open. I got put in a door right away. Trista , you guys are doing an amazing job over there, and I look forward to visiting again. Don't let bad reviews get you guys down, I did 90 days on the truck, and if others are having a bad day, they will say whats on their mind, and some are a bit harsh.
