Tic Toc Food Marts — Local services in Struthers

The cashier named Candice on 1st Shift, is an extremely rude woman.She shares an attitude with every customer like she hates her job or whatever the case may be! Me and my fiance live very close to this store,we buy our gas,drinks,and occasionally get food from there(to which could use alot more tending to while cooking it) and we do not understand the fact of getting better service on night shift than day shift.We visit frequently,sometimes 3 times a day being we are always on the run due to our business.Its getting to where we will now wait however long it takes just to checkout with a different Cashier every morning.People like that needs to find another line of work if they hate there job so much,or in another case,leave there personal problems at home! Corporate needs to do something about this as i will be making a call to them just in case they do not see the complaints posted on here.I wouldve given this place 1 🌟 but fortunately they have everything i need to get my...

Even the manager is rude. Very rude. I asked to see the manager over them selling me a sausage sandwich when i asked for a bacon sandwich. I didnt open it till i was half way to work. The next morning i told the cashier. She treated me like a liar and a thief. I asked to speak to the manager. She told me she was the manager. Then proceded to argue with me. I told her she was rude and she agreed. I go there a couple times a day. Live close as well. Horrible...

My main complaint is that when they have a steady stream of customers waiting in the checkout line and there are at least 3 other employees in the store, they seem to ignore people waiting at the lottery machine. I do purchase a few items once in awhile. I didn't this time. Is it too hard for the cashier to ask another employee to work the lottery? I guess it must be.
