I recently purchased a tractor that was advertised as “brand new.” During negotiations, conducted via text, my very first question was, “How many hours?” The seller replied, “It’s brand new.”

I arranged for a driver to pick up the tractor, but upon delivery, I discovered it had 20 hours on it, was a 2022 model (two years old), and emitted excessive white smoke. After consulting a local Bobcat dealer, I learned that a claim had already been filed for the smoke issue but was never addressed or repaired. Attaching pictures of smoke, they don’t do it justice, it’s bad and continues to smoke for minutes after being fired up.

I've never had a bad a experience at this store except for buying too much. The store is small but they always seem to have what I need. They do their best to help this relocated city dweller without making me feel stupid. The service department is slow, but only because they are good and there aren't many other places who repair. I really can't blame them given the sheer numbers they work. Great people and great business....
