Shenandoah Valley Estates — Local services in Stuarts Draft

These guys are awesome!. My husband and I of 27 years moved here in 2020, 2 weeks before the outbreak of covid. They made us feel very welcome and we were proud of our first home. The few years I have lived here, the people in the office have been very nice. New Management took over I think about that time and there has been noticeable improvements. They have moved a lot of the old trailers out and moved to the new in. The Landscaping looks great. Of course they have rules but without rules things could get crazy. And they are more than fair on these rules. I recently lost my husband this past January, and Penny bless her heart was one of the first people to call me the very next day and let me know that they were there if I needed anyone. That was very comforting and she is kind of been an ear for me. Martin has been awesome as well,. I like Martin he's pretty down to earth. I haven't been to a lot of these events but I hope to soon join them in these activities of all the little parties libraries community yard sales Etc. Thank you Shenandoah Valley Estates for making this place feel like home while maintaining a very nice clean quiet neighborhood. I am often told by the people that come visit how nice and quiet it is here. And I will say it is quiet which is very nice and peaceful. Thank you again to the people at the office of Shenandoah...

Since new ownership and great management, we are seeing things getting done. Penny and Martin are easy to go talk to. And they have a good sense of humor. Sometimes I stop in just to say hello. Or if I see them out and about I stop and say hi. The Christmas parties have been really good. And I'm looking forward to this one coming up. When part of the tree fell on my car and Totaled it, I was so worried about my trailer. It was gonna fall on my trailer. It didn't take long And a tree company was down here Taking it down. Penny and the staff have been very nice whatever you asked they want to help I'm really happy with where I live in most part most of the community is well kept up there are small areas that need help but overall I'm happy especially where I'm at I like my neighbors very well. But please don't raise the rent real high there's a lot of people that are on fixed incomes that can't do a whole lot more but I think what we've been paying has been really fair I would like to take my trash to the dump instead of waiting for that stupid truck to finally get here LOL overall...
