Started off as a great deal, but quickly turned disappointing. What they don’t tell you is that when you exchange or get a new dumpster, the 14-day rental period does not restart. You just get billed again no heads-up, no reminders, nothing. It’s a frustrating experience to find out after the fact.

Got to the dump at 3:45 pm on Friday because the website says closed at 4 pm. The woman at the window wouldn’t acknowledge me or even look me in the eye. When I knocked at the window she screamed at me. The county needs to be aware of her rudeness and that the facility is there for the public. Smiling and being kind...
