With 2 days left of our 5,000 mile trip, our truck broke down on the highway. We limped into town & Chris came right over and started looking over the situation. We assumed we’d have to spend a couple nights at a hotel, but Chris assured us that despite being short handed, he’d prioritize our job and even though he’d have to fabricate some pieces, he’d have us on our way quickly. Denise was very pleasant and kept us comfortable in the office while we tried to make alternative plans for our return trip. They responded from a personal phone call to assess the problem, returned and installed the starter that was causing my problem.
