I went into this location looking for a nice laptop with a affordable price… I called before arriving and the guy I spoke with gave me a price and then once I got into the store the man that was working and the only man in there that could be the only one I spoke with tells me it’s not going for that price… 1st red flag. The laptop I chose was delivered two days later to my home by the same man at the store…. It was supposed to be a brand new laptop not used…. It was given to me unboxed already and loose in a Aaron’s bag…. 2nd red flag… I didn’t actually think about it until later that night… I was so excited to just get it. A few days later I took it back to the store because the laptop was garbage. It lagged terribly and would only turn on if I charged it up smh… also when I returned the laptop and told the woman that waited on me that I didn’t appreciate receiving a used laptop when I definitely requested a brand new one. she had a very nonchalant attitude about it. I guess they help their customers that are in the store, when they aren’t pretending to be closed (not having the open sign on) and maybe it will work out if you do your contract in store? I ordered a bedroom set online and it’s been sitting at this Aaron’s for almost 2 weeks now. They have excuse after excuse of why they can’t deliver it and when I tried to pick it up myself (on Friday) I was told that ‘only the GM can authorize pick up and that they were off and wouldn’t be in until Monday’ .. they didn’t even offer to try and contact the GM, my items were supposed to be delivered on Friday and they didn’t even try to fit me in on Saturday. By far one of the worst stores that you can possibly waste your money. You are already paying double the price when you get these items and then on top of that you have to deal with your nasty power playing associates who have no knowledge and probably have an elementary school education and no customer service skills whatsoever.
