Was in a pinch on a Saturday when I lost my motorguide trolling motor remote control . Bass pro didn’t have any left ,so then I remembered seeing this company on Facebook. So I googled trolling motor repair and MOTORTECH was the result and then it clicked that had to be the same company . I got ready to call but low and behold I saw they closed at 12:00 . It was 11:30 I gave them a call anyhow and asked if they had on in stock and he checked I then explained to him that I live at the oceanfront in Virginia Beach and he gladly offered to take a credit card payment over the phone and leave for me in a undisclosed spot . I gave him a credit card number and thanked him and told him he saved the day of fishing . He was cool as a champ . Thanks again !! So getting parts I needed together he did me a good deal on the parts. I really appreciated that a lot. They are great to deal with.. If I need something else or any of my friends I'll certainly send them to these guys. I ordered my parts Thursday afternoon and I had them today on Monday and my trolling motor is now good to go. I may have a new motor in an old body but I'm surely not out 2200.00 for a new one. I'm so glad I found these guys on the internet. I live in SW.Virginia in Dublin. Still no phone call a return from him and I call them every week and leave them a message.
