To all the members that pay over $50,000 a year to play on this course. Those duvet covers on your bed get washed once a year. And all those rooms in the cottage and plantation house have so many bugs we had to make sure to shake the curtains everytime we cleaned.Tons of Spiders, Rodents, roaches. You name it. They could come up from the drain and we would have to wash them out of the showers and tubs DAILY. I worked here for a summer right when I graduated high school. Back in 2013. Worst job ever! All the workers here get treated like garbage! If you are vacuuming like you were told to do and Mr. Rich enters the building be prepared to get yelled at! Even though I was cleaning the room for a member that would be arriving shortly. If you didnt wipe all the fingerprints off the golden door handle in time before he arrived you get yelled at! I had to vacuum all the little crumbs under his breakfast table every morning. (He's a very messy eater!) I would always be hoping I would be able to finish my tasks so I didn't have to see him. All the workers tip toe around him. He's terrifying & he WILL make you cry. Mr. Rich stood behind me as I cleaned all the little windows in the plantation house. Making sure I got every little corner. I had to squeeze behind bushes I was allergic to so I could clean windows and then be yelled at because the members could see me. We also had to hide around corners and in closets to avoid being seen by any member. In the plantation house there are secret stairs for the housekeepers to stay discreet. I understand that we SHOULD be discreet. But don't treat me like I'm the scum of the earth! The Owner is a billionaire and steals all the tips from the Caddys and housekeepers. We were told that if any member came up to one of us specifically and gave us a tip we would have to give it to our supervisor. And if it was found out that you kept a tip. You're fired. They pay you practically nothing for all the mistreatment and hard work. This is a terrible place. Shameful...

Never got a chance to work for this employer because I had no knowledge of golf, wasn't one of my hobbies. During my years in school they would host tournaments and recruit champions and celebrities come across the nation to compete. Many of the friends I grew up with had different positions like for existence being a caddy. Lots of money was made between their pay and the tips.
In observation, Rich harvest golf course is one in a million, and I'm reluctant to say that it's beginning or already is a landmark and such a rural unpopulated place compared to a major...
ย ย ย Read moreI wish I had photos to add to my review. This place is breath taking. The landscaping and design is so meticulously thought out. I was here for a company party. The food was delish and the staff was very courteous. Our party was held in the car museum. Words cannot describe this place. Itโs a very exclusive club and Private course so if you have the opportunity to attend an event or even can plan an evening to see the grounds at Christmas you will not be disappointed. The lights at Christmas are stunning. I hope to enroll my son in the youth golf program in the spring. I would...
