Recently got my hair colored and cut by Lisa and I couldn't be happier with the results! Lisa was absolutely amazing. I went in wanting fresh color and a layered cut to add volume and movement. Lisa took the time to truly listen to what I wanted during the consultation. She offered fantastic advice on what would work best for my hair type and skin tone, making me feel completely confident in her recommendations. She has immense patience - when the color didn’t turn out the way we envisioned it the first time around, she took her time to color it again to get the desired color, she made sure I was satisfied with the color results. My hair feels incredibly healthy and shiny, with no signs of damage, which is always a worry when getting a hair color She didn’t try to sell any product(like how most salons do and it’s hard to say no and you end up with the most random hair product sitting on the shelf that you would never touch) neither did she recommend any extra treatments that my hair didn’t need. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel extremely uncomfortable through rude behavior, laughter, and critical comments about my hair. Such conduct is unprofessional and completely out of line for any customer-facing business.
