Once again, I had excellent service from Bear’s. I’ve purchased several things from the Franklin store, but this week I went to the Meadville store. Michael greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. I was looking for a lift chair and they had several. Michael was so patient with me. He explained how each chair functioned. He let me try all the ones I wanted to try. It was a toss up between two. Michael had me sit in one, then the other, switching back and forth a few times. As I was sitting in each chair, he showed me how the remote worked, and the particular features of each chair. He even called the factory to see if the fabric color was being made right then so he could tell me how soon the chair would be available. I received exceptional customer service from Jessica. My current mattress was covered under warranty for a default and I was directed to the Franklin store to make my claim. I feared that this would be a fighting nightmare but I was completely wrong. Jessica called me and explained the warranty process to me and I called back a couple times with questions. She was very patient, understanding, and kind. When I arrived to the store she displayed the same charismatic service. Through the entire mattress replacement experience, Jessica provided the best experience possible. I have been shopping for several pieces of furniture for my resently remodeled home. I shopped for several weeks and shopped in several furniture stores. I was getting really frustrated with customer service and quality of product. I decided to take the hour + drive to Bear's Furniture and it was well worth it. I knew when I walked in the beautiful facility and was greeted by a very professional owner and staff I was going to purchase my furniture.
