My husband and I can not say enough about the service we received at Sugar Valley Bicycle. When we first stopped by to inquire about E-bikes we spoke with Andrew. He asked us many questions about how we were planning on using the bikes. From there he showed us 2 types of bikes. We liked the Troxus and he had us ride them to make sure we were comfortable with them. No pressure to purchase at all. After several days and other bike shops we decided upon Sugar Valley. We spoke with the owner(Adam) by phone and the bikes were ordered. We picked them up and they were all assembled and ready to go. We also purchased the bike rack. Adam took a great deal of time with us to make sure the rack was attached correctly and we knew how to secure the bikes. We also had several questions about the bikes, batteries and hauling. He answered each and every one of our questions. We also purchased our helmets, mirrors and bells. We were so impressed with the attention we received. Sugar Vally Bicycle in Sugarcreek OH is tops in our opinion. We just retired and were looking for e-bikes for use while traveling in our fifth wheel camper and for short trips around our hometown. We live in a hilly area and needed a little extra assistance for the hills. Adam was our first acquaintance and he helped us choose the correct bike for our needs and gave us test lessons to be sure we made the correct choice. My husband and I just left from purchasing two Troxus ebikes from the Sugar Creek Store. If you are thinking about buying an e bike and are overwhelmed by all the choices I would highly recommend this store. First these bikes are tried and true with the daily use they get from the Amish. Some of their bikes have over 11,000 miles. Secondly they are knowledgeable and so friendly here. They answered my a million questions and you can test drive them.
