I purchased a POP disposable device and didn't work. I did not ask for a refund. The next day I purchased 2 devices. One of the boxes was previously opened so I was skeptical. I told the owner I was going to make sure it worked right outside the door. The product was faulty. I notified the owner and was refused a refund after being sold a bad product. I was told if I bought another one I could get it half off after loosing money 2 days in a row. I refuse to give them any further business. Poor customer service especially when explaining my case and the only thing that was important to the owner was that he Pays $10,000 a year to the company and they won’t refund him. Additional went on to say that people try to scam him by using a device and bringing an old one back. Thank you for stereotyping me And also following me to my vehicle to explain ur case.
